Sound Baths

 Sound baths are an extremely effective modality for healing.  Sound baths have the ability to move us from a beta,  alpha, waking state to and through Delta and Theta state where healing and regeneration can occur. Researchers have found that tension, anxiety, and negative mood decrease significantly after sound bath therapy. A variety of instruments like drums, rattles, and crystal and tibetan bowls maybe used in a single session.

• All sessions are approx an hour long for $75 can accommodate 4-5

• Sound bath+Shamanic reiki is $125 in house
